SURSPIDER REBAR TIE GUN KIT

The Surspider intelligent rebar tier can be used to quickly and efficiently tie reinforcing bar or mesh on building site, bridges, roading, railways,precast and infrastructure projects.Reduce the cost, time and effort of hand tying reinforcing steel by using a Surspider Rebar Tie Gun. A worker using a Surspider Tie Gun can cover the same amount of tying as four workers hand tying steel.

Unlike many of the competing guns on the market, the Surspider is light, between 1-1.2kg lighter than the other brands on sites making it easier to use for longer. The 40mm jaw allows you to easily tie steel between 26-40mm in 0.8 seconds, we also have optional 25mm replacement jaws which can tie 12-24mm steel giving you plenty of versatility without needing multiple guns.

Replacing rolls is a snap and takes seconds without having to fiddle with clips and catches or line up gear just slide the wire into the feed and drop the roll in. The Surspider guns use the standard 0.8mm wire and triple wrap the reinforcing using approximately 680mm of wire per tie meaning that you get about 150 ties per roll. These guns have successfully tied over one million ties in real life applications and have been tested from -5 to 80degrees Celsius.

The kit comes complete with two 14.4V Lithium Ion Batteries using Samsung battery cores giving you 2200 and 4000 ties when they are fully charged depending on the size of the steel and jaws. Testing has proved that after 3years use the batteries were still 80% effective. Don't worry about having to change the batteries over when your charging as the kit comes with a charger capable of charging both batteries at the same time. If you purchase the optional Advanced Battery Pack you can more than triple your tying time.
